I’ve owned several Mazda’s, and always had great service at Brown. This is my first experience with Yark, since they took over the franchise. I bought a used 2016 Mazda CX-5 from a private individual and had Yark perform a multi-check inspection. Peter Mueller and the service technician were great to work with. Brakes were replaced both from and and had Yark perform a multi-check inspection. Peter Mueller and the service technician were great to work with. Brakes were replaced both from and rear and fluids topped off. The technician showed me the pads and the remaining life left on the pads. Peter offered a courtesy vehicle for the day which helped me on completing other tasks that day. More

Very unhappy they are charging for a PCM software update. These are similar to recalls and should be free. May not get another Mazda and have been driving them over 40 years.
