Our experience with Yark Fiat has been nothing but great. Travis has answered every question, and has followed up numerous times with information on events and promotions. The buying experience at this dealership would have been mediocre at best if it were not for all the hard work that my Fiat Specialist, Travis Dupont, put in on my behalf. Travis went above and beyond wh mediocre at best if it were not for all the hard work that my Fiat Specialist, Travis Dupont, put in on my behalf. Travis went above and beyond what he should have had to do to make sure that I was both satisfied and compensated for several errors made before and after the sale. This is a new brand for this dealership group, and they were just barely open when I took delivery. So, I'm willing to overlook some of the issues. But, they are not a new dealer by any means, and several issues arose that frankly shouldn't have. But, in the end Travis was Yark Fiat's saving grace. He takes the corporate Fiat customer experience seriously and is a great asset to the dealership. He alone turned the Quality of Work and Overall Experience ratings from a '1" to a "3". And the "3"s given in no way reflect my interaction with him, which was a "5". More
