My Mazda 6 suddenly would not start and had to be towed to Yark Mazda. I spoke with Pete the Service Tech and after running the diagnostics he called me back and explained the problem. We discussed other Service needs and gave me the cost of each one and I choose which ones to do.He called me late the following day to advise that it was finished. I went back the following day to pick it up and I met Pete.He was very pleasant and professional both on the phone and in person and I give him 5 stars. He also provided a free car wash. I told him that I would contact him next week to book an oil change for my Mazda Miata. I was very happy with the whole experience. More
We planned to just test drive a CX-5, but decided to purchase one. We offered to come back the next morning as it was close to closing, but they said they could stay late and complete the sale.
