New from Brown Mazda. I guess I was spoiled by them. They washed my car for me, signed me up for my $20 rebate check automatically and provided me a loaner when I got oil and tire rotation. Stephanie, Pete, and the cleaning lady there were very friendly. I didn’t catch the lady’s name who was cleaning, but she was very friendly. Pete was helpful when I asked him about upgrades to my vehicl friendly. I didn’t catch the lady’s name who was cleaning, but she was very friendly. Stephanie remembered me from my first visit to the service shop when Mazda was owned by Brown. Overall, I’m very happy with my visit. The only knock I have is that the detailing guy is located in Maumee, and was not able to detail my car, but happy with the services that were provided. More
