A lot of work. Took me a lot of time to finally get someone to work with me on my problem. Communication needs a lot of work, when you call to talk to someone in ser Took me a lot of time to finally get someone to work with me on my problem. Communication needs a lot of work, when you call to talk to someone in service, all you get is voice mail, and when you leave a voice mail, no one calls you back, sometimes you have to call back over and over again to get a real person to talk to, and it would be nice to know who the service manger is and who is an advisor, so you know who you are talking to, and also, when my problems first came up, when i talked to an advisor, it seemed like they didn’t believe you that you had a problem. More
