Sales staff great but stay away from Finance Department Madaline Bocook and Tony Adler were very friendly, helpful, and informative as I selected a Fiat 500L to purchase. They were genuinely interested in not only selling a car, but making sure it was the car I wanted. Thanks! However, Todd Reckley in the Finance Dept. was not a joy. He left me waiting so long when he went to get his manager's "approval", I went searching for him. Unable to track him down, I left to go to lunch. When I returned, he never would give me a straight answer on what an extended warranty would cost. Sadly, he and his manager tried to hide the cost in the monthly car payment -- expecting me to pay finance interest for 48 months on an extended warranty and $7,824 for a warranty I ultimately bought from a third-party for $1,325. Count your fingers if you shake the hand of those in the Finance Dept! More

I recently purchased a Fiat from Tony Adler at Yark Auto, and let me tell you, it was such a great experience! I was a little nervous, because it was my first time purchasing a new vehicle, but Tony made the and let me tell you, it was such a great experience! I was a little nervous, because it was my first time purchasing a new vehicle, but Tony made the whole process so easy and fun. He sat down and really worked with me when it came to the price, and I walked out feeling that I really got the best deal for my money. Marty helped me out ALOT. He was very friendly and took care of my issues almost immediately, but the used car I purchased broke down on me two days after I purchased it. The dealership is working on gett care of my issues almost immediately, but the used car I purchased broke down on me two days after I purchased it. The dealership is working on getting it fixed but the dealership has had my car more than I have in the last three weeks. I would not recommend anyone to Yark nor will I ever buy I car from them again. More

Travis was an excellent sales rep. He was pleasant and friendly and always took time with me on the numerous visits that I made to the dealership prior to making the final decision.
