I will be more inclined to give a 4* or 5*rating once the sale is actually complete. Been almost a month since sale process started and still waiting for proper paperwork to register the car out of state, a sale is actually complete. I brought in my truck to have the tailgate lock fixed. I took off the lock panel on the tailgate to see for myself what was wrong (before I called to take it in). So me trying to be nice left the panel off took off the lock panel on the tailgate to see for myself what was wrong (before I called to take it in). So me trying to be nice left the panel off to make their job easier. The screws were in a bag in the front seat and I made that clear and they fixed the lock and left the panel off. It’s not hard to put it back on but they didn’t. And made it my problem. It’s not a difficult fix but it’s the fact that made me do it when it’s not my job and I paid $130 for crap service. All of that and they had to keep it overnight for fixing a lock. I could’ve found someone to do it for cheaper and have it done the day I brought it in but instead I wanted to ensure it was done right. And it wasn’t More
