Sam was great at updating me on the status of my car. Would have liked a print out of required maintenance as requested & car washed. Nissan used to do a car wash for an oil change. I spent $500.00. Had to service a recall on my Nissan. I was greeted by another associate and had to wait until mine( Sam) showed up. He was nice took my keys, checked the mileage. Told me it would be a couple hours. I waited for 1/2 hour and got someone to pick me up to get a call 10 min after I got home to pick up at my convenience. I arrived Sam was on the phone didn’t talk to me but pushed the slip to sign and pointed to where my car was that was it. I had no clue what was serviced or what happened. So I called the manager and he said he appreciated the training moment and was nice. Probably won’t come here again. More
