Have always enjoyed your service but this visit fell short. Your new process to get an appointment is cumbersome! I left a vm for Sam twice, was never called back. We bought our titan in for warranty work and regular maintenance. These were performed to our expectations however, when we checked out, the service person stated that they washed our truck when they cl maintenance. These were performed to our expectations however, when we checked out, the service person stated that they washed our truck when they clearly did not, their was still bird poop on the hood and the truck was very dusty. This is the second time this had happened to us. Why te is that the truck was washed when it wasn’t? Makes me wonder if there was anything else that wasn’t done. More
