We were less than impressed, went there to check out a car we viewed online, and it was disgusting inside. Fabric was stained and gross all over the interior. Trash was still in the car from the previous owner, it wasn’t even swept out let alone sanitized. With covid 19, in my opinion that is a huge insult to your customers. We didn’t buy that car but decided on a different one. It needed new wipers and the dealership put on before we left, however we waited for almost an hour after we completed the purchase to have 3 wipers replaced? Come to find out that the service technicians refused to do the work, I’d be pretty upset if I had service techs at my business who were told to do something and chose to play on their cell phone! The work was eventually done by the sales manager and we appreciate that he went the extra mile for us. We like the car we bought, but after 5 days of buying it and less than 200 miles of driving the service engine soon light has come on. needless to say our experience was as great as it could have been. But I talked with our salesman Josh and he is going to help us get scheduled for the car to be serviced. We have a 30 day warranty and we hope it is just something minor. To be continued. More
