Overall great service for my 20000 mile checkup . Dave was fast, friendly and efficient. I waited for my car while the service was being done. Dave Hilbert was great. However, I was disturbed when two employees working in a small office had their masks off. Based on the photos below it was Nick and Michele. I witnessed Michele helping two customers without a mask, which is very troubling considering the current situation. This is unacceptable for obvious reasons. Last Wed, I called in to make an appointment for Monday 7:30 AM for 20,000 mile service Monday 01/04, I was there for service on time. The lady Michelle could not find my app. She took me in anyway. Tues 7:30 AM for 20,000 mile service Monday 01/04, I was there for service on time. The lady Michelle could not find my app. She took me in anyway. Tuesday 01/05, From Toyota App. I just find out she took my mileage readout wrong as25690. How could that possible? I was there for 20000 mile service. At time my mileage was 19,8xx. After yesterday service, tonight I just checked my.milage which 19940. She made a mistake. How do I correct it? I need to get it right because the error is a record in my Toyota Care which will affect my car future service eligibility. More
