Bought 2 cars here in 2013. This was service for my 2019, bought elsewhere but a Toyota product. Routine service performed under new car provisions so no cost to me. Clean facility, appeared to be covid-19 safeguards appropriate. Time estimate for service was 1 hour, work completed in 1.5 hours. In early 2019, one of my 2013s had a warranty recall. Obtaining parts and completing major service took about a month. I had a free loaner the whole time! More

I came in due to a prompt that my AWD was disengaged. This happened on the first real snowy day in Lucas Co. I brought it in for service and the car was hooked up to a diagnostic machine. I was told the AWD prompt came on because the gas cap was loose. I was given an explanation but it made no sense. How is the AWD connected to the gas cap. People were polite but I could not understand how the gas cap would impact my AWD. More

I called Yark Toyota yesterday to schedule a service for my 2020 Camry that is 6 months old. I thought it would be some time next week, but they said bring it in at 4. I was told that it would take approxim my 2020 Camry that is 6 months old. I thought it would be some time next week, but they said bring it in at 4. I was told that it would take approximately 45 minutes and it was done about 5 minutes early. The customer lounge was clean and comfortable. Watching the History channel on the big screen TV made the time zip by. I am a very satisfied customer!!! More
