Paid $135 to hear that the bank of lights on the dash cannot be fixed and are nothing to worry about. Might switch to Honda. More

We have forwarded your concerns to proper management for further information. Your concern was an intermittent problem and at the time of testing everything tested fine. We turned the light off and if the light were to come back on we suspected the transmission control module would need to be replaced. We adjusted your tire pressures but the light would not go out which would require additional diagnostic to determine what was causing this to happen, you declined. We regret that you were not greeted in the order in which you arrived. When the door opened both vehicles entered and you were greeted by separate advisors. If you would like, our service manager would be happy to have your tire pressure issue looked into further. Your patronage is important to us and we hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you again in the future and gain your trust back in our company.

We have forwarded your concerns to proper management for further information. The check engine light was unrelated to any repairs performed. Our service manager had a technician check your vehicle for the check engine light and advised you that the warning light was coming on because of a problem with the vehicle's transmission. He then advised that we would turn the light off and if it came back on he would recommend having it diagnosed. He also addressed your brake concern and showed you that the passenger front brake was seizing causing the smell and recommended having that repaired as soon as possible. The bulb was replaced at no charge.
