Please know that we do try our best to get to your vehicle as soon as we can, but other appointments and workloads may interfere. You brought your vehicle in for two diagnostic concerns, that we addressed in addition to your maintenance issue. The diagnostic, in this case, required removal of a portion of the dash to inspect radio connections and several steps of pinpoint testing, as recommended by Toyota. Again, we appreciate you bring this matter to our attention and hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you again in the future.
