I have alway been happy with the service I received in the past. This trip I had a recall on my car and the work they did was great but the way they left my SUV was a little upsetting. All the items that were in the back seat or trunk area was crammed into the front passage seat and most of them smashed since the from seat was all the way forward. Then the seat caps for the back seat were not put back on. They did correct the cap issues when I asked before I left that day. I had an appointment for my free oil change and scheduled maintenance at 9am Thursday, July 16th. I had my wife take the car in for the appointment and she did not get out of there for two and a half hours maintenance at 9am Thursday, July 16th. I had my wife take the car in for the appointment and she did not get out of there for two and a half hours. When you factor in the time of driving all the way form Wauseon and back, this truly was not a free oil change. Not sure what happened. My wife said they apologized and that they were way understaffed. I probably would not have said anything; but, again we get another survey. She was pretty upset. More
