It had been noted and explained at previous visits that your vehicle has multiple oil leaks that would require further diagnosis. It was suggested that an appointment be made if you wanted to follow up. You were given the estimate for your oil change and tire rotation, and requested your signature and initials, which is always asked when reviewing the requested work, at the check-in/out process. We hope you can accept our sincere apology for any miscommunication that happened and hope that you will give us another opportunity to serve you and win your trust back in our company.

My 20,000 oil service was scheduled at 7:30. They signed me in at 7:35. It took 1 hr and and 15 minutes to have my oil changed, tires rotated, and fluids topped off. 1:15!!!!...75 minutes!!! More

When scheduling an appointment for your vehicle, the stated time is when you are to see your advisor. Your vehicle is then placed in line to have a tech inspect and/or repair your vehicle. We do try to get to your vehicle as soon as possible but other appointments and work load may interfere.
