My 20,000 oil service was scheduled at 7:30. They signed me in at 7:35. It took 1 hr and and 15 minutes to have my oil changed, tires rotated, and fluids topped off. 1:15!!!!...75 minutes!!! me in at 7:35. I came in for recall issues and they fixed those. Nick was nice- said they would top off my fluids and the one fluid that was low did not get topped off. It’s still low.
