Very friendly and helpful. Greg sparks was easy to work with. We were looking for a suv that both husband & I could get into easy. The rav-4 was it. He was literally standing at the door smiling as I pulled up to the dealership, after driving 3 hours, to finally get my dream suv. The process was seamless!! I finally got to sit with Kevin Oberhaus in financing, who worked his magic in a time-crunch with my credit union, and graciously sent me out the door and on my road trip home, in my new 2019 Toyota Highlander SE. On the way out the door, I got to meet Vince Simon, who was also very friendly and available if I have any needs. routine maintenance My vehicle ('17 Tacoma 4x4) was taken in on time. I was there for routine preventive maintenance (Toyota Care). Vehicle is 18 months old. Service was My vehicle ('17 Tacoma 4x4) was taken in on time. I was there for routine preventive maintenance (Toyota Care). Vehicle is 18 months old. Service was done correctly as far as I can tell. It took 1 hour and 17 minutes. A little long, in my opinion, for the service done. I do understand that with an afternoon appointment I must accept the service department falling behind as the day passes. I mention this as when I can get an early, first thing in the morning appointment, it usually only takes 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour. This is my only complaint. More

Poor at best Very poor communication skills from everyone i dealt with with the exception of the finanace manager. Zero preparation on behalf of the staff. The staff appeared more interested in playing on thier cell phones than making sure my wife and I were taken care of. I called early in the day to ensure the vehicle would be ready. It was not even started. I hope the vehicle performs better than the staff. I have purchased other vehicles from yark in the past. They are really slipping. More
