Poor at best Very poor communication skills from everyone i dealt with with the exception of the finanace manager. Zero preparation on behalf of the staff. Integrity We came in looking for a Honda and fell in love with the Toyota Sienna. We ended up getting a nearly new certified vehicle with a bumper to bumper warranty. Had we bought The Odyssey, we would not have gotten one that new, nor would it be certified or with a warranty. They were able to get us out of our two trades and minimized the damage from our negative equity. There was some confusion over the CARFAX of one of our trades, but they promptly followed up with us and took care of it! The vehicle pricing is very competitive, the staff was very knowledgeable. John did not try to oversell us! Even though we were difficult customers, they got us into a very nice van and the finance offer was, by far, better than other dealerships I had already been to. Only thing I would say is, I wish we knew about the customer lounge, bathrooms, free snacks and drinks, and play room in the back where people wait on their cars to be serviced. I had a 5 month old to nurse, and a 3 year old to keep entertained for over 5 hours! We eventually found the accommodations on our own and helped ourselves, but definitely would make the experience better for families like ours. More

After calling nearly 10 dealerships around Ohio, Yark being one of them, it quickly became apparent that it was the place I wanted to buy my car. I received a call from Cameron indicating that he had a few cars for me to consider. He quickly sent me information about the vehicles and answered all my questions before driving the hour to see them. He thoroughly answered all my follow up questions, stayed well beyond his work hours to accommodate my schedule, and helped me understand the features of the vehicle. He was extremely professional, diligent in his communication, and did not apply any of the typical pressure that one could encounter at a dealership. Cameron called a few days after the purchase to see if I had questions and offered tutorials on the technology, if I needed it. Cameron works with young people through coaching, and I must say, that he is truly the type of guy we need to influence our youth. If you are seeking the perfect salesperson, call Cameron. The only area that could have been improved was on the detailing of the car. On pick up, there were spots on the lower plastic trim that had not been wiped after a wax product was sprayed on the car surface above it. Not a big deal, but one that should have flagged in detailing before calling it completed. More

He always made sure I had ample of time to look over the cars and listened carefully to what I was looking for and finding the best options he had of their inventory for me.
