THE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! My first time buying a car through Yark, i was given lots of false hope! I was told my car would get detailed and cleaned on the inside and never did! When i brought it back to get cleaned i set up somethings to see if it actually would get cleaned and i waited a few hours and they brought it back and assured me its cleaned and yet still never did cleaned on the inside! Then im told that im going to pay one thing verbally but then realized on paper im upcharged way more money! It feelsclike i been scammed because these people put on a great smile but never actually follow through with their words so be careful!! I truly thought i was getting a good deal until i left and had to.come back and realized nothing thry said was real nor none of my complaints got solved!! More

Best Experience with the Best salesman! I started out this journey in a complete state of anxiety and panic. I went to several dealerships before walking into Yark on Conant street and meeting John. From the moment i first talked to him, he changed this experience completely!! The salesman at other car dealerships were either just rude, or so pushy that I left mentally exhausted. John Velez was the complete opposite!!! From our first test drive I felt like I was driving with a friend! I honestly had fun. Every step in this process he made sure I was doing something that was in my best interest! He wanted to make sure I was comfortable with things, and honestly I feel like he treated me the same way he would have treated his sister, wife, mom etc. I felt comfortable asking him his opinion about things, I felt like he would give me his honest opinion and I loved that. If you knew me and my personality, it’s not like me to ever do anything like that either!! This experience makes me want to go buy another car to go along with my new Camry just because I enjoyed this process so much! I really can’t say enough good things about this! I will say I’m not normally a hugger type of person, but I was so excited and happy that I wanted to hug John, and I did!!!! I’m so happy that if the dealership were still open (it’s currently 12:14am) I’d drive back there just to hug him again and tell him thank you so much!! Going forward, when I buy my next car and when the day comes where it’s time for my daughter to drive, I will buy from John. Even if I have moved across the country, I will fly back to Maumee in a heartbeat to buy from him.
