Buying/Trade in We had a bad experience with Yark Toyota a month ago, when we bought a new vehicle and traded in our 2007 Highlander. We were given way below Kelly B We had a bad experience with Yark Toyota a month ago, when we bought a new vehicle and traded in our 2007 Highlander. We were given way below Kelly Blue Book value, when we were told that our Highlander would be junked or auctioned. Then, two weeks later we saw our 2007 Highlander listed on their website for almost $9,000. Not the way to treat a customer who has purchased three vehicles from them. Since our experience, we have heard from others who have had bad experiences with Yark. Needless to say, that will be the last vehicle from Yark. More

Very helpful and friendly Local Toyota dealership in Columbus Ohio was not being cooperative when it came to locating the new Tacoma I was interested in. Called Yark Toyota in Local Toyota dealership in Columbus Ohio was not being cooperative when it came to locating the new Tacoma I was interested in. Called Yark Toyota in Maumee and spoke with Terry who coordinated getting everything set up so that when we made the 2.5 hour drive to pick the truck up, everything was ready to go and we were in and out with new truck in about an hour. Was impressed with how organized everything was and everyone was very personable and friendly... Very happy! More

I swung by Yark and immediately had a great experience. Having a brand new vehicle was new to me and I was definately nervous. I ended up with a Corolla, had the vehicle for a few years and was more than happy . I knew right after the purchase I would be at the same place next time. So here I am today with a new job and a new upgrade. My experience car buying through yark was simple, enjoyable, and affordable.
