Lost a customer I've had several cars serviced at this dealership and always had a great experience. Decided to buy a used (certified) Tundra. Upon checking the tru I've had several cars serviced at this dealership and always had a great experience. Decided to buy a used (certified) Tundra. Upon checking the truck over, found that mice had chewed insulation off wires in the fuse box (not affecting any component, but saw numerous bare wires. Stated that if the fuse box could be repaired, that I was still interested in the truck - was given no timeline for the repair. Was called that night and told the wires would be re-coated vs. being replaced - I asked how long that work would be guaranteed -was told that I had first rights to the purchase but someone else is interested. I said I was still interested, but would want to test drive the truck once the repair was made - again - no timeline on when the repair would be complete or if they would guarantee the work as part of the certified warranty. Txt'd the next day by my sales rep on his day off (Tony Fernandez - who is a great guy) if I was still interested and replied that I was, but never heard if the work is guaranteed and stated that I wanted to drive the truck once the work was done to confirm everything was working correctly. I was texted again saying the truck was sold. Called Tony Kunisch and his response was I had the "demand" to drive the vehicle after the repair was completed and the other party didn't. Basically saying how could I "question the work of a 25+ year master technician". He also stated that many people buy cars before the work needed is done. Told him I did not. As a result, you've lost a customer. My three Toyotas (including the Tundra I bought elsewhere) will NEVER see your dealership for ANY service again, and I hope the "condition-less" out of town sale was worth this lost income to your dealership. Your arrogance is unbelievable. Validating work seems like an appropriate condition to purchase - apparently not at your dealership. It's great to hear that you have the best technician ever, who's never made a mistake - I didn't know those existed. More

Very personable and friendly, explained features on the car well that I was unsure of, and overall very helpful at speeding up my car buying process. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, in particular new and unsure car buyers, as they have honest, genuine sales staff. More
