Rude employee We had an appointment that we booked over 2 weeks before hand. When we got there, our appointment was not on the books. Adam was the representative th We had an appointment that we booked over 2 weeks before hand. When we got there, our appointment was not on the books. Adam was the representative that talked to us. He said they could squeeze us in which was great. However, I was stilled concerned with the fact that our appointment did not show up, and wanted to figure out why it happened, so that it would not happen again. I started to express this and only got out a single sentence when out of nowhere he yelled at me and told me that if I was going to complain I needed to leave, and he immediately retreated into the service office. I was baffled and followed him in. I was expecting a ya, this happens sometimes, just do this and hopefully it will not happen again. Not to be yelled at and treated like crap. I followed him into the service office to figure out what was going on. He proceeded to put on a show in front of all the other customers and employees trying to make me look like the bad guy. He told me that I needed to go away and never come back, and that we were not welcome there, when I had barely said anything to him. Not sure if he was having a crappy day or what. I have never been treated this way by any representative ever. I asked for the manager and he proceeded to tell me that he was the manager, which I believe is a lie because when I look him up he is listed as an advisor, not a manager. I once again told him we had an appointment, and all I want is my car fixed (knowing they could because he offered to earlier). At that point he asked me if we wanted our car fixed or not with a super pompous tone almost as if he was trying to win the conversation by making me admit I needed my car fixed. I repeated myself that we had an appointment and all I wanted was my car fixed. He kept asking and I kept repeating myself until he finally took the car. I never even got to ask what I needed to do to make sure my appointment made it onto the books in the future. Awful experience all around. More
I took my vehicle in for a recall I took my Highlander in for a recall. The recall was taken care of properly but when I started the vehicle I had a check engine light on. I spoke to one of the service department personnel and was told that their work wouldn’t cause the check engine light to come on. He told me he could check it out and let me know the problem. A short time later he found me in the waiting area and told me the technician states that the light was on when I brought it in. I could have them diagnose it and the cost would be at least $100! The check engine light wasn’t on when I brought it in. They definitely could of been more helpful. More

Chris was very helpful when my wife and I arrived, looking up the vehicle and found that it was out on a test drive. He worked with us to find another vehicle to look at while we waited to see if the Terrain would come back. When it did, he quickly got us a test drive and patiently went over everything with us. He then got us with Kevin to work on the financing of the vehicle. I had been pre-approved by one lender before going out to the dealership, but Kevin was able to find me financing with another bank at a lower rate. Kevin took his time going over all of my options before we signed anything and made sure I was comfortable with everything. This is the third time I've bought from Yark and as long as they have people like Chris and Kevin, I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you both for making this a great experience. More
