Mr. Haas, we apologize for your recent experience with our dealership and that it has led to this negative review. We have spoken with our GM and Service manager to better understand all the specifics. We know you have already spoken with them regarding this issue as well and please know we don’t take these concerns lightly. You purchased your Tacoma truck on 10/22/18 and since the truck was a 2011 it had no remaining warranty and was purchased “As-Is”. However, you did purchase an extended service contract and a Wheel and Tire Service Contract. On 12/7/18 we opened the repair order on your truck regarding the 2 flat tires after you had your vehicle towed to our dealership. After we inspected the truck, we confirmed the front passenger tire was completely blown and the rear passenger was extremely low on air. We submitted the claim to your Wheel and Tire Service Contract and it was approved. However, the contract only covers $250/tire. Since this was a relatively recent purchase, we made the decision to take care of the remaining balance for the tire replacement and also not charge you for the 3rd brake light assembly repair (another stated issue). The 2 new tires that were covered by your Wheel and Tire contract were placed in the rear and we moved the driver side tires to the front. This was based upon your request to not shave the tires. Your vehicle has been ready for pickup since last week and you have a zero balance owed.
