Customer services is yarki at Yark Toyota I walked into the dealership store for my scheduled oil change to 2 staff members working at their desks talking to each other oblivious of my presenc I walked into the dealership store for my scheduled oil change to 2 staff members working at their desks talking to each other oblivious of my presence standing in front of one of them. Eventually one behind the desk I was standing wanted to know what I wanted as he continues his work without making eye contact with me. Notified him I was here for oil change, few minutes later he demanded my keys and walked out of the shop. I saw my car moved in to the service area. Then he proceeded to asked me to sign some papers without any explanation. He then asked if I would be staying for the oil change and car inspection, that was when I informed him that what’s a few more hours on my feet since that is what I have been doing since I walked into the store. It was at then he started trying to be cordial. They probably do a good job on cars but their customer service leaves much to be desired. More

Purchase used car. Delt with Fitz to purchase a used Honda CR-V. He was very professional and helpful.
