We were greeted by a deandre. He was very unprofessional. We told him we needed some information about the Camry. We were already at Jim White Toyota and recieved ok service. My husband asked deandre some questions about the Camry and deandre had no clue what he was talking about. When we told him we were just looking he got an attitude and tried to rush through us. I felt very insulted with the lack of knowledge your staff has. Yark needs to have some better training of their employees. Needless to say we have purchased our vehicle through Jim White. Stay away from this dealership!!!! More
Adam was great! Especially considering that he squeezed me in. Service department is always good. The online service scheduling (which I would prefer to use) is subpar. I will call Adam directly from now on (he gave me his card) but Yark really should have an operational online scheduling site. More

And did not get it. Got in a back and forth debate, which I hate and had wanted to avoid. Simply wanted what vehicle they could offer and lowest price. Reply was ... We'll beat any competitors price. They need to listen to what customer is asking for. Ultimately got the vehicle there because others could not get vehicle with same options at same price. Failed to go over everything with vehicle upon purchase. Next time I will sacrifice options/price for better service. Had also bee in discussions with John McDonald from Jim White ... Should have gone with him. He didn't get sell but was appreciative of inquiry ... I messed up! More
