Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority and we have forwarded your review to proper management for further information. When you dropped your vehicle off for repair, you took the shuttle home. We addressed your primary concern, being an oil & filter change and multi-point inspection. We discovered that both the cabin air filter and engine air filter failed standards and needed replaced. We contacted you via phone at 12:22 pm and 1:55 pm with no answer and couldn’t leave a voicemail, as your inbox was full. We received a message from you later in the day and returned your call at 4:14 pm and it was then you approved both the filters and we arranged for our shuttle to pick you up. Again, we apologize for any miscommunication that has happened.
