Poor Customer Service We took our vehicle in for an oil change a couple weeks ago for an oil change and was told the battery was going bad. They gave us an estimate for th We took our vehicle in for an oil change a couple weeks ago for an oil change and was told the battery was going bad. They gave us an estimate for the battery and we also had them give us a price on new tires. Made an appointment for the following week for the tires and new battery and dropped it off the night before for an 8:30 am appointment. When I stopped in the around 3pm I noticed the bill was cheaper then expected because they never changed the battery, only the tires. I was told they could still do it but it was going to be a while so I left and they never called to tell me it was done as I was told they would so I picked it up after the service department had already closed. When I located the vehicle in the lot the first thing I noticed was blue tire sealant all over the rims and tires they never cleaned up and then when I got in the vehicle there were greasy boot prints all over the carpet (light tan interior) and floor mat. After complaining the next day they said they would clean it up if I wanted to bring it back. I will not spend any money with any Yark owned dealership again. More
