Basic service I don't know the guys in the Service Dept., because I take my car over for tire rotation and an oil change, but every single one of them has been ver I don't know the guys in the Service Dept., because I take my car over for tire rotation and an oil change, but every single one of them has been very kind and helpful. ALWAYS! I also liked the fact that I could pick out which service package I wanted with the prices listed. Yark has got to be the very best Service Dept. in northwest Ohio..(by price, friendliness and good work in a timely manner). I don't know what else they could do to make it better for their customers. Also, I feel I can trust them with any questions or concerns and they will give me honest advice and not rip me off.
