Made my life easier - Great experience Spending money to fix your car is never high on the list, but if you have to do it, might as well do it at Yark Toyota. I called to set up my appointment and received a quote for the job. Quote was competitive to others in the area. The service I needed was going to take a longer portion of the day, they checked me in, explained the process, said they would keep me informed as my car was serviced, and then sent me on my way in a loaner car. They then followed up their words with actions, calling me to inform me of any additional issues found or things to keep an eye out for - explaining what each item could potentially lead to, why each is important to overall service of the vehicle, along with any cost involved. I worked directly with Adam Coutcher, his humor made the dreadful cost of service woes fade away. Their attention to detail was a relief and the car is running great, very smooth ride. I'll definitely call them for any future service needs, and when my current Toyota calls quits, I'll see how their sales side performs. More
