He was very knowledgeable, willing to answer any questions I had, and answered questions that I did not think to ask. After a couple of test drives Nick informed me of the promotion on a lease. Playing with the idea I test drove the Toyota Rev 4 and fell in love. Later that night my son and I went home in our new Toyota Rev 4. Poor customer service/ lack of communication I have given this rate because I came and paid for a service twice within two weeks when whomever should've said what was wrong the first time. I don't see how you pay for an alignment , find out that you need work done then pay for another alignment . I feel it's their job to satisfy their customers and I am not satisfied at all.
