Excellent service I was recently looking for a spacious SUV for me and my son. When several people referred me to Yark Toyota. Their I met my wonderful salesman Nick Ca I was recently looking for a spacious SUV for me and my son. When several people referred me to Yark Toyota. Their I met my wonderful salesman Nick Carmony. He was very knowledgeable, willing to answer any questions I had, and answered questions that I did not think to ask. After a couple of test drives Nick informed me of the promotion on a lease. Playing with the idea I test drove the Toyota Rev 4 and fell in love. Later that night my son and I went home in our new Toyota Rev 4. I have found my new salesman and I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you Nick! More
Poor customer service/ lack of communication I have given this rate because I came and paid for a service twice within two weeks when whomever should've said what was wrong the first time. I don't see how you pay for an alignment , find out that you need work done then pay for another alignment . I feel it's their job to satisfy their customers and I am not satisfied at all. I would have paid for a diagnostic but one was not offered at all More

Service - Very competent mechanics and very courteous; I would recommend them to others. Unfortunately, they did not know what was covered under my service plans. The first problem was a tire repair. They had no record of the 3rd party Ethos plan that was sold to me as “Toyota T&W/Select2”...not Toyota. It took almost 3 hours for the visit due to the phone calls. Another visit, I brought the vehicle in for its 1st oil change, 3000 miles. The mechanic told me that it only needed an oil change once a year and not to waste one my 9 free changes. Of course, this somewhat wasted my time, given it was an appointment and they could have checked against the purchase date. I was happy not to have wasted an oil change. The last visit I had an oil change and tire inspection. The service was great. However, I asked if my tire plan was transferable if I purchased new tires from another location. They had no knowledge of the tire plan. They also expected me to pay for the oil change! I started that I had 9 free and they looked confused. I requested that they work with the Finance group to get this information updated in their system. Finance Group - Not happy. The initial experience was rushed. I think that the representative was going on vacation and was in a hurry to leave. Also, they forgot to send my title in so I could not register/license my vehicle on time. Sales came thru and took care of the problem. Following my last service appointment, I called Finance to ask them to contact the Service department to help update my coverage details. We also discussed the Toyota Care Plus plan. He started that the plan only covered up to 3 years of Oil changes, contrary to the earlier Service explanation. The contract plan cost $977. My vehicle’s scheduled Oil change is once a year. $325 per Oil change! Finance needs to communicate to Service and their customers. I will not be buying a car from Yark again...I feel cheated. More
