I would never, ever recommend this dealership to ANYONE. I mean it. My husband purchased a vehicle there only a couple of weeks ago. He had several questions about the vehicle when we originally went to look at it, such as what the item on the key chain was (it was a remote car starter, and that is what my husband questioned the salesman about it being). I guess it is not good to have a remote starter for some reason, because it messes with the car somehow? Regardless, the salesman played dumb about it and acted clueless as to what it could be (we found out on our own that it was, in fact, a remote car starter). So, okay, one lie on Rouen's part. Next, soon after purchasing, the vehicle started to have problems. My husband was driving with our daughter on the highway and the vehicle started to jerk around and act very strange. Some of those mechanical lights came up on the dashboard that alerts you when something is wrong with the vehicle. My husband contacted the dealership to notify them about the car acting up, since it is within the 30 day warranty period. Well, no answer from them. So my husband left messages, called several times, even e-mailed. None of which were returned. My husband did not want Rouen to look at his car right away, since they had already posed very shady behavior and would probably say his car was fine, so he took it upon himself to go to a trusted mechanic who he has worked with in the past on his previous vehicles. They found very serious problems with the car's "computer". Rouen Toyota Maumee sells CERTIFIED LEMONS and are lying, incompetant people. Good luck ever getting a hold of them, since they do not call back or return e-mails! Oh, and when he finally got a hold of the service department at Rouen to have them take a look at the vehicle (with the paperwork proving the problem that the mechanic found), they tell my husband that he only had a 50/50 warranty and the "computer" part under it is not covered. Basically, my husband is stuck with a broken vehicle and there is nothing that he can do about it. The only reason this dealership would have any good reviews is because when my husband went to pick his vehicle up after purchasing, they had a rating website up, open, and set up for him to give them a "five star rating" while they were there at the dealership. It was already all set up, all my husband had to do was put his name before he could get his car! Mind you, this is before all of the problems started to happen. I assume they do this for EVERYONE. Who the heck would force someone to give their dealership a good rating after only dealing with them a couple of hours one day? I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service here. I dislike car salesman already as it is, but this place took it to a whole new level. Very shady, only in it for themselves, and do not care about the customer whatsoever (unless of course it is prior to a customer purchasing and they are trying to make a sale). I dread having to even THINK about purchasing a car in the future (certainly, not from ROUEN TOYOTA MAUMEE). I am personally going to make sure EVERYONE knows about this awful dealership and the way they operate. More

One of the smoothest, most enjoyable and pleasant new car buying experiences my wife and I have ever had. The sales staff (Mr. Edwards and Mr. Lopez) were friendly, knowlegable, and most helpful in assistin buying experiences my wife and I have ever had. The vehicle was delivered in perfect shape and has preformed flawlessly. This reflects the quality of the product and also the quality of the Rouen delership and the people we worked with. All in all, a super experience with a first class organization! I will not hesitate to highly recommend Rouen and their staff to my friends and acquaintances. More
On my first visit, I worked with Jason. He was helpful, answered my questions, and did not pressure me. When I decided upon a vehicle two days later, Jason was ill. All three were honest, forthright and kept their word. All that was promised was delivered. I will always recommend Rouen to a friend! More

I am very pleased with this dealership. Everyone was very friendly. Byron always got back with me in a timely manner. He made sure to answer all of my questions. ROUEN is a proffesional crooks they sell cars knowing it has problems and they don't stand behind their words or their warranty not the 50/50 warranty which is in writing. we tried to work it out with the BBB. they just did care. I will have to take them to a small claim court when I have the chance. the car cost over $1,100.00 to repair and the car had an accident that was not shown on carfax or mentioned by this dealership. So beware if you have to deal with them make sure you bring your own Mechanic to check the car. More
