If I could take away the one star I would. I thought a FORD dealer would be able to fix my FORD expedition but boy I was so wrong! They had my car for over 3 weeks and I got it back worse than I thought a FORD dealer would be able to fix my FORD expedition but boy I was so wrong! They had my car for over 3 weeks and I got it back worse than when I brought it in with almost a $4,000 bill! Driving past Yarmon makes me sick to my stomach. The shop doesn’t have a clue what’s going on. They kept telling me I need stuff replaced that I didn’t and then the STOP factor was putting a new FORD catalytic converter in for thousands of more dollars 😡 I have never been so disgusted with someone trying to fix my car. Brought my car to a little local shop and guess what???? My car was fixed within a half an hour and for less than $50. I still can’t even believe it. The one and only nice thing was, I put a lot of miles on their loaners which were switched out every few days because”someone was buying this one”. So I maybe would think again and go to a small shop because trust me…they care more!! More

He put himself personally into the situation after asking very detailed questions to determine if the car was right for my daughter, including how she drives, the purpose and distances that she drove and actually recommended that we not buy the car, based upon our answers. Then he recommended other car types (which he didn't have on the lot, so he was clearly not trying to up sell us). We bought the car anyway and are very happy with the purchase. They fixed everything on the vehicle above what was necessary. The transaction was lightening speed. Best car buying experience ever! More
