iYates contacted me when i was searching for new Buick on internet. I told them exactly what I wanted and said it had to be red, red, red, or maybe my wife would consider red. Told them price range I was offered and they said they could match or beat that offer. I asked if they were sure because there were several dealerships a lot closer. They said they had a red one and could beat my offer.We drove down there and they had a red one and could beat my offer, just not on the red one. they wanted a little over $8000 more. I had only mentioned we wanted nothing but red 8 times. My wife and I looked at each other and got up and left. Found exactly what we wanted at another dealership an hour later and drove it home. Had a problem with A/C. Dropped car off Thursday. They said it it be done on Monday. No big deal. Tuesday still not ready. Finally said it would be done latter that evening. Dropped car off Thursday. The next day notice the rear cargo area carpet floor mat was missing. Called they said they would check into it. After a few days said they could not find it. Said they would order one to replace it. Turns out it was not the carpeted floor mat that came with the car when purchased from Yates off their showroom floor. Paid for rear cargo package which was dealer installed at time of purchase. It's been over a week since the last time they said once again they check into the matter and have not back from them. If you have them do work make sure everything is still there when picking it up. Having said all this I am going to contact the TV stations and let them investigate this matter. More

I asked what they did to repair it to pass emissions. Their response to this was “When can you come in?” And What is your phone number? And a video already on the internet car sites. 10 days later the crickets continue to chirp. They are only interested in getting your money. If you are looking for a co-operative effort and responsiveness before the sale (and probably afterward), avoid! They are looking for uninformed buyers to fleece. If you are one of those, this is the dealership for you. More

The person I was referred to was Titus Petty. He spent the whole time working on his computer and telling me what was wrong with my Terrain. I have purchased 3 new GMC vehicles from Yates and have never had them repaired or serviced anywhere else. So much for making an appointment with Express Service. I will never do any form of business with Yates again. By the way, I drove all the way up from Tucson to have the work done. More

i bought a 2018 Challenger from their dealership (Yates Buick gmc)about two months ago.the report that was provided by them showed that car is 100 clean(auto check elite dealer) (no accidents whatsoever).I Buick gmc)about two months ago.the report that was provided by them showed that car is 100 clean(auto check elite dealer) (no accidents whatsoever).I tried to trade the car at another dealership just to get another car and that is when I found out by using(Carfax) that the car has been in a collision where the airbags where deployed ;the car was a rental and was bought from an auction originally.they(Yates) were only gonna take the car back if I ended up paying them a few thousand dollars and forgetting about the original down payment that I made(5000$).they don't wanna take the car back and unwind the deal.the car is 10000$ less in value now.and what they did is fraud.i will complain.i will take legal action .I am leaving a review so people can know and be aware....
