The Yates service department has always been excellent to work with. When we had hard to diagnose problems on our previous cars, they made time to ride along with me to hear/feel/see what I was experiencing work with. I DRIVE FROM GLENDALE TO GOODYEAR EXPLICITLY BECAUSE OF THE TRUST THEY HAVE BUILT WITH ME AND THE BACKUP THEY PROVIDE FOR THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO I HAD AN ISSUE ARISE AND WHEN I CALLED THE DEARSHIP ON THE ISSUE THE RESPONSE WAS IMMEDIATE TO CORRECT THE SITUATION.
