Jerry at the service department is always nice and takes good care of me. I debated on whether or not I should write the following review, however because you sent me a survey I decided to share this wit good care of me. While waiting in the customer waiting area, I had the unfortunate experience of watching an employee wipe his nose with his dirty hand about three times after a sneeze. He then reach into the cookie bin with the exact same hand, saying, "Don't tell anyone we're not supposed to..." as he took a cookie. It was absolutely disgusting, plus they admit they are sneaking and don't care. Then I watched two more employees come in and take the remainder of the cookies. Every time I have had to wait in the customer waiting area I have watched your employees come in take cookies without washing their hands and tell us that they're not supposed to take the cookies. It's ridiculous! It puts your customers in an uncomfortable place when employees are asking us to ignore that they do not follow the rules. I personally do not care if they have the cookies. It is the employee that seems to always inform us that they're not supposed to be doing what they are doing but they do it anyway. Again sneaky. Makes one wonder if sneaky is how they deal with charges while working on our vehicles. Actually many of your employees go in and out of your cold drink refrigerator as if they own it. It must be all right because they keep doing it over and over. It would be interesting to see the cost of all these cold drinks going to what you think are guests but instead are your employees. I don't know if I've ever seen one of your customers take anything out of the cold drink refrigerator or the cookie bin. I'm sure they do I just have not seen it. Your mechanics should use some sort of an overall because their clothes are filthy and they come in and sit in the chairs waiting while their lunch is warming in the microwave. It is very awkward. Is there not an employee lounge or a place the employees can go without having to be with the people waiting for their vehicles. The smell of their lunch is right in there with us. Or is there another place that the customers could wait? Waiting for the maintenance of my vehicle in your waiting room is not a pleasant experience. More
Great service and nice people. I'll always take my Toyota's there. They got me in on emergency and thoroughly checked and fixed the problem. All my service appointments have been timely and thorough. Very pleased. After installing a $400 part and $200 in labor didn't fix the problem. Had a wire that had shorted ECM, the $400 part. Had to leave it overnight but they gave me a loaner. Jerry in the servi labor didn't fix the problem. Had a wire that had shorted ECM, the $400 part. Had to leave it overnight but they gave me a loaner. Jerry in the service dept did a nice job in taking care of me with the loaner and seeing my car was fixed asap. Good followup. Not sure the wire might not have been the original problem to begin with. At any rate, I was pleased with the way Jerry handled it. The lady in the office that handled the loaner for me was extremely friendly and helpful. More

Price was fair, things could have been smoother. Car was delivered FILTHY, was not detailed at all. After delivery and filthy "new" vehicle never again. I actually have an appointment to have the car cleane delivered FILTHY, was not detailed at all. After delivery and filthy "new" vehicle never again. I actually have an appointment to have the car cleaned professionally. Not something anyone should have to do after purchasing a new vehicle anywhere. Shame on Yellowstone motors for having delivered such a dirty vehicle, after all you had plenty of time to do a good job after having shipping issues of my vehicle. Just shocked frankly at the complete lack of decency to ship a dirty car. Actually had straw yes grass/straw in back of Acadia on the carpet as if someone had a bail of hay in it, no joke. They could not even wipe the dash down let alone anything else. Including what was a paper floormat thrashed and filthy in the backseat. More
This was my first visit here. Wasn't sure what to expect. Didn't need to worry though. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Excelent work on my truck in a timely manner. As usual ,Jim in the service department was courteous & helpful. I purchased my gmc Acadia in 2014. Only Garvin motors has ever serviced it.
