I took my truck in for a recall on the airbag. I had to wait a really long time for the service to be completed because one of the techs had a personal emergency. I also noticed that my dash was c I had to wait a really long time for the service to be completed because one of the techs had a personal emergency. I also noticed that my dash was cracked after I got my truck back. The person I talked to about it said the tech replaces the air bag from under the dash so he couldn’t have cracked the dash and that it is a defect in my make and model and they all crack. He also said they usually take pictures but they didn’t this time. He asked the tech and the tech said it was already cracked. I just really don’t remember my dash being cracked before I took it in! I had just wiped it off a few days before I took it in. It was just a very unsatisfying experience all the way around! More
