Bart was so friendly and helpful - Bob was warm and welcoming. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase, or to purchase above our budget. Bart answered all of my questions and had a Chevy Trax that fit my needs perfectly. Charles handled the financing for us and found an excellent interest rate. I've dealt with many of their salespeople over time and the one constant has been their friendly and knowledgeable service. I have never felt pressured into making any purchasing decision. When I walk into the showroom, venture to the new car lot, or the used car (ok, the Corvette showroom), I am greeted warmly. The first questions pertain to family and life...part of the family. With my most recent purchase, Bart walked my wife and I through the various vehicle options; in particular, the Equinox, Blazer and Traverse. Test drives were offered (and accepted). Again, there was no pressure to make a decision, to make a deposit, or even start the buying process. Once the decision was made, Charles and Bart (and others) worked to establish the best deal. Search included rebates (Chevrolet) and incentives (USAA, military). On the day of the purchase, Charles was processing the paperwork as I was driving to Purifoy. And again, upon entering the showroom, personal greetings preceded financial purpose. I will buy from Purifoy again.. More
