This is my 3rd Soul since 2015, with them & 1st time I’m very disappointed & frustrated! I went in for a maintenance service, next day my engine light was on & when I called to see if I could bring it back very disappointed & frustrated! So now I still have the light on because I can not take a day off work! Don’t think I’ll be recommending them anymore!! More

Sales dept., _professional and courteous, however, I only talked with Jhonny. One of the questions I asked, _with very good credit, what might I expect for an interest rate? My credit score is 816. My dissatisfaction is with the Finance Dept., Freddy Juseinoski, personable, puts you at ease. But he rolled a $5000 Platinum warranty into the purchase price of the car, along with the other necessary amenities, at a 5.5% interest rate and quoted me a higher than expected monthy payment price. Mr. Juseinoski had me thinking that the warranty was part of the deal if I wanted to buy the vehicle. We talked, and he did come down $20 from that first price quote. Perhaps Mr. Juseinoski did have my best interests in mind when he said everything will be covered, I wouldn’t have to pay for anything going forward. I'm 75yrs. old, I drive less than 4000 miles a year. It’ll be at least six years before I put 30,000 miles on this vehicle. If there is anyway possible to restyle this contract to closer fit my driving pattern it would be greatly appreciated. _Lennon B. Cameron More
