Very good service. Just make sure you get an early appointment. The service people are very professional and helpful. I like that I don't have to ask for the specials. Should not have to schedule three visits to handle a recall for which there should have been ample parts. I actually was there the second time when I was told that the parts were not available. Since I recall for which there should have been ample parts. I actually was there the second time when I was told that the parts were not available. Since I had already been inconvenienced twice I was expecting that I was going to be able to get a minimal wait appointment time that was AT MY CONVENIENCE. Instead I was told that if I wanted a short wait time I should come in at 7:30 AM when the service center was opening. I was inconvenienced repeatedly and felt that I should have been accommodated instead of having to come in at a time that was a hardship for me. VERY, very DISAPPOINTING! Mr. Barcos, who seemed to be the coordinator was courteous but he was not the one who had to jump through hoops to get a recall handled. Throughout all those delays my safety and the safety of my family continued to be at risk. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! More
