I'd like too write that Yonkers Kia from yrs ago has changed for the better. I had a messed up situation in regard too my 2015 optima and these gentleman from this place must get recognized. First and for most Tony Ramos, Edwin Gil from yonkers kia must get an award for the work they do.. Tony and Edwin worked day after day with me after corporate refused to help and give me any insight on this whole situation with my car which the engine seized. The both of them made the experience soo much more better with everything. Both have great customer service skills, vehicle knowledge, compassion, and the love to help as much as they both can. I will personally recommend Tony as well as Edwin for any type of recognition from yonkers kia. Much appreciated the work they have done and will come back too them in future days to purchase another vehicle. More
Everything was fine at the dealership with the exception of having to wait about 3 hours for a regular service. The service rep Efrain did an excellent job with the paperwork. Have a tire and wheel coverage package and because service advisors won’t do footwork I have to pay for what I already pay for . Absolute garbage this will be my last Kia product.
