This was the worst service I ever had at this location. Efrain was very nice but the wait was over four hours just for a safety inspection and a recall. First of all, I was told that the work would take about an hour to an hour and a half. Then, I was the one that had to reach out to Efrain over three times to find out the status of my car. Afterwords, Bianca was not helpful at all. She was unable to tell me if my car was ready. Meanwhile, the car was right outside in the front and ready for me to take. She was the worst. She said “ I do not have access to that information” she could have asked someone or found out for me while I wait on hold but it clearly seemed impossible to provide simple customer service. Again, Efrain was very nice but the long wait was unacceptable and Bianca’s unwillingness to help tell me if my car is ready was even more unacceptable especially when my car was ready and right in front. Anyone with eyes and common sense could have told me that. More
