Service took a very long time, but I was told ahead of time that they were short handed and that it would take longer than usual. Oil change, routine maintenance, tire rotation and of course a car wash to time that they were short handed and that it would take longer than usual. Great customer service knew my name as a soon as I pulled in for my 9 am appt, offer me bagels and coffee, and a paid Lyft round trip. However, the oil change, test drive for Lane keep assist, and "fixing" p in for my 9 am appt, offer me bagels and coffee, and a paid Lyft round trip. However, the oil change, test drive for Lane keep assist, and "fixing" plastic piece that popped out by the climate control of my Kia K5 2021 took 6 hours! They didn't fix the plastic piece at all although paper says repaired. Front desk was clueless and just said bring it tomorrow morning again they did a bad job when they should of went to talk to the mechanic and investigate what happened. No call back or nothing regarding it. More
