Well,. Let me start by saying that the experience with getting my car serviced at this dealership is convenient. But I was not happy with the final repair bill. My service experience from a technical standpoint was good - they changed the oil and did the inspection. Pickup and dropoff was within the time parameters promised, and was smooth. BUT I was disturbed by the fact that two of the three people behind the counter weren't wearing masks even though they were facing and interacting with the customers - including me. This is a pretty careless attitude toward each other and customers, and would make me think twice before coming back during the current pandemic. I just hope the crew that worked on the car was more careful about disinfecting the car than their colleagues were at the desk. More

First of all I was there for Apprx. 4hours just to service my car. something that requires no more than 1hour. Efrain, was the only good thing that happened in this whole ordeal. I truly believe my tires were never expected , the washing of the car was extremely terrible. I think I will not go there again to have my car service. my rear windshield was not intact, I had to go back to have it adjust. I can keep writing on how incompetent this group of individuals were. sorry but truth be told this was the worst time of all. More
