Worst service ever!! I came in for a maintenance and I believed that the first maintenance was covered by the warranty. Turns out my service came out to $500 and I wasn’t given the pre-Invoice until afte believed that the first maintenance was covered by the warranty. My service experience from a technical standpoint was good - they changed the oil and did the inspection. Pickup and dropoff was within the time parameters promised, and was smooth. BUT I was disturbed by the fact that two of the three people behind the counter weren't wearing masks even though they were facing and interacting with the customers - including me. This is a pretty careless attitude toward each other and customers, and would make me think twice before coming back during the current pandemic. I just hope the crew that worked on the car was more careful about disinfecting the car than their colleagues were at the desk. More
