I serviced my car at the Kia in Yonkers and the service provided was good. However, I was surprised to see that almost all employees at the reception and in the show room had no masks or wore their masks i provided was good. However, I was surprised to see that almost all employees at the reception and in the show room had no masks or wore their masks incorrectly, e.g. leaving the nose out. I felt very uncomfortable and spent most of the 1.5 hours on the curb outside. I think masks should be properly used, especially when dealing with customers. More
