I am ambivalent currently. My invoice says ‘Tire Rotated’, however, they are not rotated. During my oil change the mechanic did not adjust the settings on my dash display, it reads ‘-11 days until o Rotated’, however, they are not rotated. Good experience in terms of service & courtesy. My one big negative has nothing to do with the personnel or the service provided but with the location. I have to admit I'm spoiled because I spend half the year in Florida where the commercial rental space is bigger & cheaper. The location of Yonkers KIA is a nightmare. It's not particularly close to me but I could deal with the drive down Central Avenue. Parking & getting out of my car for an appointment feels like taking your life in your hands - double parking is close to impossible & cars are racing by as soon as you open the door to announce your presence. I know it can't be helped but my review would have been 4 stars if it were easier & safer to drop by car off for service, 5 stars if I got a ride back to my building instead of waiting 1 ½ hours for the work to be completed.
