It seems to be good service. I took my car for service. They took it, they said they did the stuff that was written on the paper and they told me some other things needed to be done If I wanted to proceed. I am not allowed back in the mechanic area to see what they're up to. You leave your car with someone who gives you a number and then you wait either sit around somewhere or walk around. So the process is very easy and impersonal, but you just have to trust they are telling you the truth and not selling you more stuff to do. I liked that they cleaned my car, that was a plus. I also was concerned because I got a letter saying that my car may be affected by some class action lawsuit of some KIA and HYUNDAI cars makes. They guy behind the desk told me that my car was not affected because it was a different vin # that something something, I guess I'm ok? Anyway this review is more of a neutral experience, I didn't hate it, but I didn't love it either. More

The actual front desk service and wait time was very good; however, a female employee there was overhead using unprofessional language (expletives) that was heard by myself in the wait area.
