Service I had my KIA towed to their sight because it was turning off and it smelled like something was burning. Jermaine took my information and quickly call I had my KIA towed to their sight because it was turning off and it smelled like something was burning. Jermaine took my information and quickly called me back to say that the cables had been chewed, most likely he said it was rodents or squirrels. He sent me a couple of pictures and told me two different fees, the first was 3,100 to change all the cables and the otjer alternative was 875 just to repair the cables. I opted For the latter because I found it to be an outrageous price, but because I needed the car I paid it. Well I picked Up the car and four hours later my car stalled on the highway. My husband checked out the engine and compared it to the pics they sent me and they do not match. I’m still waiting to hear from Edwin the service manager to return my call and my car is sitting in my driveway not being used. I’m so frustrated with them and can’t seem to get any answers. I would not recommend the Yonkers KIA at all. I wish I would of taken it to the KARP KIA where I origally leased it from. More
