The moment I walked in I was attended by this lovely gentleman( I forgot his name hopefully you can find who helped me check in) he was extremely polite and straight to the point which I loved. He told me what my car needed and told me the price range. He also offered to have a Lyft take me and my 3 year old to a local IHOP so we can pass some time. I thought this jester was extremely thoughtful since I had a little one. I did decline the offer because I came prepared with snacks for my son. He gave me an estimate of 3 hours for my car to be done and he was right on point. We went down to the lounge and it was very spacious with natural lighting. There was also a tv for entertainment. The person made sure I knew what was going on with my car the entire time and kept me updated. It was the best experience that I’ve had with Kia by far! The actual service was fine. The check-in staff didn't tell me how long I would be waiting, then weren't the nicest to me when I was upset that an 8am appointment wasn't finished The check-in staff didn't tell me how long I would be waiting, then weren't the nicest to me when I was upset that an 8am appointment wasn't finished until 10:45. They tried to upsell me from an $89 oil change I reserved to a $179 full service, then "forgot" the $10 off coupon I gave them, and also misquoted me on the price of new windshield wiper blades. More
the person taking care of my car was not in the office at time of pick up. when I picked up my car, I was told they would walk me out and get my keys, but due to the rain they just pointed to where my car wa time of pick up. when I picked up my car, I was told they would walk me out and get my keys, but due to the rain they just pointed to where my car was parked, and all plastic wrap and paper from inspection was left inside the vehicle. I was not told that Kia does not do first oil change and tire rotation for free and I find it ridiculous that I had to pay $147 for the service not including taxes, and the inspection. I truly am not happy with this and had I known prior I would have taken my car somewhere else for its oil change. More
