Vehicle was at your dealership on Friday before Labor Day and service department even called me and told me they had the vehicle from Crawfordsville dealership and was going to replace my windshield on Tues and service department even called me and told me they had the vehicle from Crawfordsville dealership and was going to replace my windshield on Tuesday. I said great as I already had appointment at Crawfordsville for a part that had been on order for couple weeks. Windshield did not get put in on Tuesday as I was told & therefore I didn’t get my part put in at Crawfordsville, I didn’t get my car back until Friday. More

Purchased a Buick Envista. Josh (sales) knows what he is doing. He helped teach me about the car when I received it. Rick (finance) got me the payment method that I wanted. Rick also took the time to talk with me about my old Ford and gave me insights about my options regarding trading it in or keeping it.
