I originally called the dealership because a warning message came on saying my oil needed changed and another warning said the engine air filter needed changed. Then the service engine soon light came o message came on saying my oil needed changed and another warning said the engine air filter needed changed. Then the service engine soon light came on. So when I made the appointment I told the lady all the warnings and dash lights that I had seen. When they were done with the oil change and filter (they said it was cabin filter and the engine filter was still okay. When I got into my vehicle to leave, the service engine soon light was still on. I went back inside and told them about it and the guy that checked me out took a handheld meter out, plugged II into the dash and tapped several buttons. Then he said to drive the car at least 50 miles so the light would reset, but if it didn’t reset then call back and make another appointment and the technician would check it out. So I did that and when 50 miles had come and gone and the light was still on and now the car was missing out I called the dealership and spoke to a gentleman. When I told him about all of this he said uh oh and gave me the first available appointment. So, thankfully, when I went for the appointment I was greeted as soon as I pulled up to the bay and the young man opened the doors for me to get in to the waiting area. And in just a few minutes past one hour, my vehicle was repaired and I was out the door. A happy camper this time. More
