I'm not sure if chris made any difference or not. I brought the truck home after my first trip there to be repaired. They repaired it and I started it up at home about an hour and a 1/2 later, and th I brought the truck home after my first trip there to be repaired. They checked the check engine light and cleared the code. They said there was nothing on the code and they reset it. I shut the truck off before I left the parking lot and started it back up. The check engine light came back on. They set me up for another appointment the next day. I came in and they said my extended warranty covered the repair. Your people said I had a hundred dollar deductible. Well, it was from protective, the very same extended warranty that your people sale. I was told by my salesman at Stoops that there would be no deductible. It was a disappearing deductible that was good anywhere. In the United States at a Chevrolet dealer. I paid a lot of money for that extended warranty. I had to pay the hundred dollar deductible. For the same warranty people that you use. I told them I had the disappearing deductible. And it was the same warranty people that you guys sold. They told me I had to have the work done at the dealership I bought it from in order to lose it ductable. I thought I had found a good dealership to work with, in you guys. But I am beginning to wonder especially since I brought the truck home and the check engine light came back on.
